Philosophy. This Philosophy is the foundation of our business and
decisions that we make as a company.
Teamwork is the platform of our philosophy. Teamwork includes our
customers, boats, vendors and our team members. Our customers are
the very reason for our success. Supporting the needs of our customer’s
success is essential to the success of Pacific Seafood. Treating our
boat owners and crews as team members is the secret to consistency
of quality seafood supply and the teamwork of our employees is key
to delivering products to market efficiently and cost effective.
Productivity is essential to our mission of operational excellence,
to strive to make continual production improvements to reduce overhead
and re-engineer our process through standardization and new technology.
We view ourselves as the members of a single product supply team to
the market.
Quality of our people, quality of our products, quality of our attitudes,
and the quality of respect we have for our customer, suppliers and
employees.
Excellence is the standard in which we always
strive to achieve. Excellent team members, excellent products to
market and continual improvements to our process and delivery to
market. Operational Excellence is our mission, bringing hassle free
and error free service of our products to our customers is our goal.

Knowing the Diamond Philosophy is mandatory
for each and everyone of the Pacific Seafood Team. Each team member
of Pacific is tested twice a year on the Diamond Philosophy and
is expected to pass by 90% or better. Knowing the Philosophy is
only 10%, living the philosophy is 90%. Holding all team members
accountable, especially management and supervisors, is essential
to the success and growth of the Pacific Seafood Group.
